Our Work

Our work

Programmes that change what is possible.

Three connected programmes, one goal: a child in school, a young person earning a living, and a community with clean water and care.

Poverty is never one problem, so we never offer one answer. Education, livelihoods and health reinforce each other, and we deliver them together in the same communities, over many years.

Education and learning

Every child in a classroom

We remove the barriers that keep children out of school, from broken buildings to school fees, and we invest in the teachers who make learning happen.

Skills and livelihoods

A living, and a way up

Water and health

Well families, well communities

Clean water changes everything: fewer illnesses, more girls in school, more time to earn. We pair safe water with the clinics that keep families healthy.

Where we work

Twelve countries, one approach

We go where the need is greatest and stay for the long term, adapting the same locally led model to each place.
